EAJIS is a peer reviewed journal which focuses on Information Sciences and related areas of study. The editorial objective of East African Journal of Information Sciences is to offer opportunities for reflection and change on information related issues. The areas of interest include: Records and Archives Management, Libraries and Information Studies, Publishing and Media Studies, Information and Communication Technology and other related areas. The Editorial Board makes every effort to review manuscripts thoroughly and promptly. The Board determines whether the contents of the manuscript are appropriate for the journal and that there is sufficient publication potential to proceed with blind reviews. The articles will be selected purely on merit. The primary target audiences are academicians, researchers, policy makers and practictioners in the fields of information sciences.
